Since this will be my first attempt at blogging, I thought I’d do it right, and what other resource could be more complete than the “… for dummies” series? All and all it was quite an interesting read, around 350 pages of information, with lots of pretty pictures along the way  . About 200 pages in, I had learned how to install wordpress and typepad, as well as some pros and cons of a few recommended web hosts. I won’t complain that it wasn’t interesting, just completely useless. I was hoping the author would enlighten me on how to write a good entry, at least some super-secret blogging technique would have been nice. But, I suppose I should have learned all of the writing mumbo jumbo in school.
Moving on.
Since this site is fairly new, there aren’t many updates, I have already put all my material out there for the grand opening. However, I will put off wordpress layouts until I can fully understand the 2.2 version. (The previous ones were coded for the 2.0 version) Also, look forward to some free vector stock images! I don’t think they’ll disappoint.
