Day 6: My Last Day of Work

Time sure flies.

This past month, I was fortunate enough to have an internship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. I’ve learned quite a lot and I think I’m honestly going to miss waking up at 8:00 every morning and running like a crazy woman to the train station. Right now it seems that I have the insurmountable task of learning all of the basics I need in order to achieve my dreams of following in my parent’s footsteps – which in part, involves becoming a researcher for dementia. Well, the dream will continue this summer when I leave for China in order to learn more about molecular cloning.
