Today I decided to whip up a batch of meringue cookies. It’s amazing how many of these delicious melt-in-your-mouth treats can be made with only three egg whites, a pinch of salt, and some sugar.
Meringues are so delicious! @_@ Have you tried out the Italian ones? They’re the best of the world, in my opinion. =D

Just googled Italian meringues and found that the ingredients are more or less the same, but the technique is totally different. I’m going to have to try that out sometimes!

It’s the technique that makes the meringue taste somewhat different. Although, I’m pretty sure the difference isn’t that spectacular (I just really love Italian food). =D
